HappySpoon provides custom-designed products and food-related services (such as branded packaging, personalized offers, etc.). The specific details of the services will be outlined in the quotation or purchase confirmation.

3. Orders
To place an order, you may contact us via email or through our official website. All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. Once confirmed, the order is considered final and binding.

4. Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs or operational changes.

5. Payment
Full payment is required before processing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be specified during checkout or by invoice.

6. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 10 business days unless otherwise agreed. Delays may occur due to logistics, custom requirements, or force majeure events. All deliveries include a tracking number.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and a description of the issue. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.

8. Warranties
We aim to provide high-quality and safe products. However, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects. Products must be stored and used according to the provided guidelines.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HappySpoon’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, packaging designs, and content created by HappySpoon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Customers must ensure they have rights to any materials they submit.

11. Privacy & Data
We collect and use personal data only as necessary to fulfill your order. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required for order fulfillment.

12. Force Majeure
HappySpoon shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or regulatory changes.

13. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, CA.
